Providing cloths to poors in government hospitals, near temples, Orphanage, Old age homes etc, started in a humble manner, by Dr. Pushpendra Kumar Karhana in 2016 for the first time in Ramlal Vradhashram, kambal distributed during heavy winters in Sikandara, Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

Later, it has picked up momentum and now has been extended to other states. We also distribute dress,books for needed children, blankets in government hospitals, near temples, Orphanage and Old age homes during winters and summer, which is a great relief to poor peoples and bystanders.
