YIVTC provide a training to youth candidates for build up his/him future in different sectors. It is allow candidates to get ready for specific careers.
The objective of YIVTC was to train youth from economically disadvantaged backgrounds (Age 18‐30 years) and provide them with employable skills, coupled with access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.
India will have the world's youngest population with an average age of 30 years, and with 13 million people entering the workforce each year. While vocational skills could be a short-term solution, only 2% of the workforce in India is currently formally skilled, leaving the vast majority of youth without the skills, knowhow or networks to enter the workforce.
Focus : Socio-economic empowerment, capacity-building, Natural resource management, Education , Nutrition,.
Nature of Training : Multi-dimensional –vocational programme
Skill: Pickle, Jam and sauce preparation, packaging, bee-keeping, marketing.
Languages : Hindi and English.
Horticulture : YIVTC provide skill to develop of kitchen gardens for fresh vegetables and fruits for families.
Community Perspective : Women's Awareness camps, community festivals celebrations, etc..
Marketing : Become job creators and not job seekers.
