Providing food to poors in government hospitals, near temples, orphanage, old age homes etc, started in a humble manner, by Dr. Pushpendra Kumar Karhana in 2016 for the first time in Ramlal Vradhashram, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Later, it has picked up momentum and now has been extended to other states.

We also distribute boiled rice, chapatti, khichdi and drinking water in government hospitals, near temple, Orphanage, Old age homes during winters and summer, which is a great relief to poor peoples and bystanders.
